Favorite Looks: New York Fashion Week Spring 2016

Each season I love to post my favorite looks from New York Fashion Week, not just because I like to keep up with trends but also because it is a great way to reflect on how my own personal taste changes from season to season. And this season I feel like my personal style is becoming more and more streamlined. As a 23 year old, it's hard to know what to opt for: the trendy fringe purse or a classic leather bag. An of-the-moment poncho or a classic cashmere sweater. Lately I have been working toward developing a more streamlined look, rather than jumping on trend after trend, which can be exhausting and expensive. We can't have it all. So as I clicked through each look from my favorite designers, I narrowed it down to the ones that would most inspire how I truly want to dress in my day to day life, whether I am going to work, staying at home, running errands or going out to brunch or dinner.
