Favorite Home Finds of 2022

Over the last year, I’ve been focused on finding decor items for my home, and I’ve found a handful (some I’ve purchased, some are still on my wishlist!) that I wanted to share today! It’s so exciting to finally start decorating my home, but it forces one to question - what pieces do I actually want to invest in? What is my actual personal style? I try not to bring anything into the house that I don’t absolutely love or that I feel is 100% reflective of my own sense of style, and while that’s a high bar some days, it results in only filling my home with pieces I truly love. Our homes are such a representation of ourselves, and surrounding ourselves in spaces that feel inspired and cultivated can make a huge difference in our mood and happiness, and decor is a great way to make your space feel more unique and specific to your personality. Personally, pieces that are polished, graceful, and classic always draw my attention, because they are versatile and work with so many different spaces.

A few special pieces have caught my eye over the last year. I love this vintage cocktail table I spotted on Chairish, a great website for unique, vintage finds. I purchased this fireplace screen (as seen in our Living Room Reveal) and it’s such a stunning piece in person! For wall decor options, I purchased this beautiful mirror from Anthropologie (sadly, it’s sold out, but I love this similar option!) I also love this framed Intaglio from Paloma Contreras, and I just purchased this stunning (and under $40) wall art from the Studio McGee x Target line! For some cozier items, I love this throw pillow and this throw from Serena & Lily, and this striped pillow from Monika Hibbs is on my “next time there’s a sale” list! For lighting options, I love this streamlined plaster chandelier from Monika Hibbs, and this fun Art Deco pendant from Vintage Rug Shop. This floor lamp is the picture of classic elegance - I’d love to place it next to my living room sofa for a cozy reading light.
