The Best Looks from Spring/Summer 2022 Couture Week

Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite looks from the Spring 2022 Couture Shows in Paris.

There are always beautiful collections that come down the runways in Paris and Milan, but the Christian Dior show was, hands down, but favorite runway collection I’ve ever seen. Every single look was exquisite, with jaw-dropping detail, It was just simply.. stunning. They didn’t have to use loud bright colors, or make a spectacle of the clothes or the models or the makeup. The collection felt so peaceful and graceful - echoed in the way the fabrics were draped to the softest of color palettes. Understated - but couture. If I could pick a designer to wear for the rest of my life (which would be a very lucky life) it would be Christian Dior and it would be from this very collection.

The Valentino Collection was also stunning- I watched the entire show here and it was incredible to see all the behind-the-scenes moments as they happened in real time, and all of the coordination that it takes to put on a stunning show.

Chanel was as special a show as always, with beautifully detailed, classic pieces.
