Napa Inspired

I love the idea of off white stucco for the exterior with beautiful paned windows

Have you ever spent more than a considerable amount of time dreaming up what your dream home might look like? I’ve spent quite a bit of time doing that over the last few years as I’ve fallen more and more in love with the art of design, even if it seems like a useless exercise (it may never come to be) but creatively, I live for this kind of stuff. And after a few wildly enamoring trips to Napa, it’s probably no surprise that I draw quite a bit of influence from the gardens and homes there. Some of these images I’ve had saved for years now, some I’ve come across more recently, but slowly over the years I’ve collected inspiration for what I playfully imagine what my “forever” home might be. Stucco exteriors, pea gravel paths, splashes of white oak and contrasting colors sprinkled throughout a neutral interior… it sounds quite dreamy, doesn’t it? A girl can dream… scroll through to see all my inspiration and what I love from each photo.
