When I went to Italy with my boyfriend this past summer, one of the things I wanted to do most was take a cooking class. We took the class on our very last day in Florence, and it was so much fun! We learned to make ravioli from scratch, and now it's become a staple sunday supper in our house. There's nothing I hate more than having to rush through cooking, in fact, it's one of my life's most enjoyed pleasures to spend an entire afternoon reading through a recipe, carefully preparing the ingredients and cooking up something delicious to indulge in. It's calming, peaceful, quiet… and possibly my most favorite Sunday afternoon activity. I teamed up with my friend Rose from Paper Crane Photography and Jenny Wheat from Wheat Photography to create this little "how to" make ravioli video! It's one of my favorite projects I've been a part of so far. Enjoy!
